“Absolutely wonderful place! ❤️ It is hard to imagine a better hotel for a truly relaxing getaway. I spent an amazing week here, and I can honestly say that everything was of the highest standard. What impressed me enormously was the exceptional level of cleanliness. Considering how large the hotel is and how much art, beautiful paintings, decorations, and flowers there are throughout the property, keeping everything in such immaculate condition must require an incredible amount of work. I truly admire the entire team who takes care of this every single day. Every little detail is looked after perfectly, and they deserve huge praise for it! The restaurants are fantastic, but the beautiful garden completely stole my heart. In the evenings, with wonderful live music, the atmosphere is simply magical. It is the kind of place where you can sit for hours, relax, and simply enjoy the moment. The Michelin-starred restaurant deserves a special mention — it is truly a culinary masterpiece! 🔥 Definitely one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at, if not the very best. Everything is perfected down to the smallest detail, from the flavors to the presentation and the entire experience. And the sommelier? Absolutely TOP! 🍷 For his knowledge, professionalism, and wonderful approach, I would give him not five, but ten stars! The entire hotel is simply in a class of its own — beautiful interiors, incredible art, a unique atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness, excellent service, outstanding food, and extraordinary attention to every detail. You can truly feel that the people working here genuinely care about their guests and about making this place so special. I had an absolutely wonderful week filled with relaxation, beautiful moments, and unforgettable experiences. I am leaving completely delighted and would return here with great pleasure. ❤️ I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional place where you can truly relax and feel special. “Incredible hotel, even for the Four Seasons’ standards. Every detail is perfect. The service from the staff was tremendous - especially Carla, who was so helpful! Pool is phenomenal. Breakfast and all the restaurants are amazing. We would only visit Sicily again to stay at the San Domenico Palace. So impressive.”

Every single member of the hotel staff was perfect, delivering attentive, top-tier service from the moment we arrived. ​The infinity pool was incredible, offering breathtaking views, and the entire property grounds were flawlessly kept. A huge shoutout to the pool bar staff as well—they were super fast, warm, and friendly, making sure we never had to wait for a drink while lounging in the sun.”

“Just spent a week and wish we never had to leave. This property is magical and unforgettable. The views, the gardens, location, and the service were beyond our expectations. The staff is so quick to respond to any needs or questions. Some staff to recognize for their stellar service: Elenora at the front desk, Frederica, Alesso, and Lorenzo at the pool, Leonardo and Alessandro at the bar, Francesco at breakfast service. Even the doormen out front who greeted us by name every time we returned to property and make it feel so safe and secure. Marco on the piano and all the live music. We will truly miss seeing you all every day. This property offers so many ‘surprises’ in the bar with your drinks, by the pool each day, and gifts in your room. It was all such an extra special touch. I’ve not been to another property that does this. Housekeeping around the property and in the room could not have been any more immaculate. Everything the hotel arranged like the cooking class in a local home with host Louisa and Chef Elvira - so special and something we could never forget, big highlight of our trip, concierge also coordinated a yacht rental with Captain Carmelo and Skipper Lovely was excellent. If you are thinking of booking this for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, truly anyone will have the best time here. There’s just so much more I could go on and on about. Bravo and 5 stars all around.”

“Heaven! This is the only to describe this Hotel! The views are amazing, the complex Devine and historical, but it’s the people that make the ultimate difference. Whilst staying here, you are family, every desire is met. The courtyard Bar stunning, very cool at night with live music and entertainment. Anciovi waterfront views that are incredible, along with Mt Etna… Rossi for dinner on the terrace is special and again the team make you feel at home The Michelin Principe is excellent, ticks every box you can think of So, going to Taormina, I can only suggest you stay here and enjoy heaven”
