Tripplo's verdict, based on guest reviews
Tripplo’s analysis · Updated 10 October 2026 · How we review hotels
Barceló Playa Blanca has one of the strongest guest scores on Lanzarote, backed by a large body of reviews, and a good position between Playa Dorada and the Marina Rubicón. Its all-inclusive covers the buffet and the bars, but the à la carte restaurants are outside the package and offered at a twenty per cent discount instead, which is a materially weaker promise than the hotels above it.
Guests score it 8.8 out of 10 — the average across the 13 hotels we list on Lanzarote is 8.8.

Rooms & which one to pick
Our tip: Couples after the best outlook should book the Superior Room with Sea View or the adults-only Superior Swim Up, both with a king bed and sofa bed; if a view isn't essential, the Junior Suite offers the same king bed setup for two. Families needing more room should choose the Junior Suite (2 Adults + 2 Children) or the Superior Room (2 Adults + 2 Children), as both sleep four with a king bed plus sofa bed or twin beds and sofa bed.
