Historical weight and international brand presence have also been taken into account where a property has been considered a genuinely prestigious luxury address.
Distinctive advantages
A handsome lobby is not, in itself, sufficient to qualify a hotel as a luxury address in Cannes. Location is decisive in Cannes. Our focus has therefore been primarily on hotels along La Croisette, close to the Palais des Festivals and the city's beach life, whilst also encompassing five-star options in other premium settings, such as around Le Suquet and the old harbour.
