Tripplo's verdict, based on guest reviews
Tripplo’s analysis · Updated 10 October 2026 · How we review hotels
This hotel suits travellers who want to step straight out into the centre of Kraków's vibrant main square. It is exceptionally popular with guests and is housed in a historic medieval tenement. Guests are offered exceptionally spacious rooms and apartments, alongside complimentary access to both dry and wet saunas. A minor drawback to consider is the potential for street noise due to the central square location.
Guests score it 9.1 out of 10 — the average across the 8 hotels we list in Kraków is 9.1.
What Guests Loved
- Situated directly on Krakow's historic Main Market Square, the hotel offers immediate access to major landmarks, cafes, and cultural sites right outside the front door.
- The property preserves its architectural heritage with details like original stone columns and restored wooden ceilings, blending medieval history with modern comfort.
Things to Consider
- The central location on a bustling pedestrian square means street noise can occasionally filter into lower-floor rooms, though double-glazed windows help mitigate this.
- Parking in the historic center is restricted and onsite spaces are limited, requiring guests arriving by car to coordinate reservations with the front desk in advance.
