There is 24 hour staff at site and everyone puts so much effort for you to feel comfortable. The breakfast selection is small, but delicious and great to start the day. The rooms are very pretty, clean and well maintained. The bathroom doors remind more of changing room doors, but you get used to it. The Spa program is also very nice, definitely recommending the sultan hammam and facial. Do not do the manicure though, that one was the only thing we didn’t love. Else, a 10/10 experience, wholeheartedly recommend!”

“This is a great option if you are planning to stay in Medina. The location is great, the rooms are clean and the stuff is very helpful, friendly and welcoming. They serve breakfast and dinner in a lovely are at the centre of the riad. The atmosphere is calm and makes you feel like home. The breakfast is delicious! We also had dinner upon our arrival, a delicious chicken tajine, all in a reasonable price.”
