The room, atmosphere, and amenities exceeded our expectations, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff and service we received throughout our trip. Upon reaching our room, it was beautifully decorated with rose petals and a lovely message congratulating us. The little details truly made this stay unforgettable. We especially want to recognize Anna, Manuel, Pau, Fatou, and Lateitia from the restaurant team. Every single one of them went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made each meal something we looked forward to every day. They created such a personal and memorable experience for us, and their hospitality was a huge part of why our honeymoon felt so special. “This is our 6th time in 4 years of returning. Pure Salt is the whole package, the staff are so lovely so polite and welcoming everyday and remember us from previous years which is so nice considering the hundreds of people they obviously have come through. the rooms and pools are beautiful and cleaned wonderfully and the view is stunning. Free pool towels are given daily and you can get more if you want, the pool guy made sure our mattresses and towels were out for us every day and we were staying at the swim up room right at the end!! Also if you don't want to walk the quite big hill to the Port, the hotel will take you down there in their own mini bus and if you call them when you are down there they will collect you. Amazing service especially if you are elderly as it is quite a hill.”
