“I stayed at Park Hyatt Marrakech from 16–20 July, and it was without a doubt the highlight of my trip to Morocco. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, this is the perfect place to unwind. The hotel is amazing, the facilities are excellent, and the food was consistently outstanding. What truly sets Park Hyatt Marrakech apart, its people. The service throughout my stay was exceptional warm, genuine, attentive, and always delivered with care. A special thank you to Laila and Rafiq, who were the stars of my stay, they are a real credit to the hotel. Con: The only area for improvement would be that some of the housekeeping staff could improve a bit English communication skills, as it was occasionally difficult to communicate requests. Overall, I highly recommend Park Hyatt Marrakech to anyone looking for a calm and rejuvenating vacation. I would happily return.”

“This is a gorgeous property, with a fabulous staff and service. Everyone was attentive without being overbearing. We had a delicious meal at their Brasserie Arabesque one evening. Both Bader Eddine and Ghizlane made sure that every detail was perfect, from advising us on what to order, to making sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor tables were beautiful. My only regret is that we were 20-30 minutes from anywhere else we wanted to go in Marrakech.”

“Away from the chaotic downtown. A true oasis from the city. Beautiful property. Staff was delightful. Rooms were nice and spacious. Spa incredible. Gym was great. Quality of food in all establishments was on point.”

“Love the room! So spacious and well deco. Furnishings are good. The bath is just amazing. Love dining on site , staff are v friendly and attentive. In room dining is great as well. Thou there might be planes flying sounds sometimes I tink is bearable, for those light sleepers might need ear plugs as there are frogs croaking in the night I think. Overall the whole compound is lovely.”

“Absolutely blown away by this hotel. Cannot wait to visit again. The service was exceptional and our suite gorgeous. This is a brand new hotel and the design/decor is breathtaking. I’ve never visited a hotel with as much attention to detail and hospitality like this. Definition of luxury. Badr, Saad and Hamza (among others) made our experience that much better. They consistently took care of us and made us feel right at home. For example, the staff set the table every time we ordered room service, drove us to/from our suite on golf carts at any/all hours of the day, offered great goodies for turn down service, arranged taxis and shuttles, and gave us delicious (free) breakfast/refreshments every morning. There is also an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and gym that we took full advantage of, especially since Jan is chilly. The only “negative” is that the location is a little far outside of the main city so expect a 15-25 min drive wherever you go. Not a major issue, but was a consideration when we planned our days. Five star experience and again, can’t wait to return.”
