Maris Grand Waterpark Resort

“I had stayed at this hotel for a week with my family and we had an amazing time. The Rooms were up to standard, very clean and well ventilated. We had the same cleaner for room 316 and she was perfect. I forgot to grab her name but she had cleaned the rooms everyday to perfection. The food was great all round, only issue was that the breakfast wasn't great but just 2 minutes down the road was an amazing pub with a lovely breakfast that we enjoyed. The Customer service at the bars were fantastic. The pool bar staff were respectful, quick and very nice to talk too. The activity team were the best, especially Eleonora. She made me feel very welcomed and got me and my little sister included in every activity she could. She had a smile on her face at all times and all the children loved her. Paulinha was also great, especially at the disco. Having my sister dance with her for an hour was great to see. Absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. All round it was a 4.5 stay for as the only issue was breakfast. Everything else was 5 star, I'm definitely coming again. And will show my own kids this place one day.”

“The staff at this hotel went above and beyond, I have never been in an hotel where staff are so very friendly and helpful. It was like home from home. They always welcome you every time they see you and with a lovely smile. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, the rooms are large and modern with comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. The food was excellent but could have been hotter, with plenty of variety. Our grandchildren loved the water park and the pool. The bar staff were friendly and obliging with premium drinks flowing freely. The location is good because it’s far enough away from the noise of protaras strip yet only a few minutes walk to the strip where there are loads of bars , shops etc. I would recommend this hotel especially for families”

The hotel itself was spotless, modern, and really well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned to a high standard every day, and the facilities were excellent—especially the pool area, which was perfect for relaxing. The food was also a highlight, with plenty of choice and great quality throughout our stay. The location was ideal too, with easy access to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Overall, we couldn’t fault a thing. “Had a wonderful stay at the Grand Maris Hotel in Protaras. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The all-inclusive food was excellent, with something different available every day, so there was always plenty of variety. For anyone who prefers familiar options, there were also nuggets and chips available every day. A great bonus was the Italian restaurant, which guests can reserve once during their stay at no extra cost, and the food there was excellent. The waterslides at the back of the hotel were really good and added a lot of fun to the holiday. The rooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had excellent air conditioning, which was especially appreciated in the Cyprus heat. The smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube was also a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. The location was excellent, with shops, restaurants, and beaches all within a 10–15 minute walk. There are also two bus stops right outside the hotel, one in each direction, making it easy to explore the surrounding area without needing a car. Another highlight was the beautiful church on the hill overlooking Protaras. It's well worth the walk up, whether you want to look around inside the church or simply enjoy the stunning sunset views from the top. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and offered great value for money. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would happily stay here again. I would highly recommend the Grand Maris Hotel to anyone visiting Protaras.”
