Reviews from Google“The hotel has a beautiful design and a wonderful location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the spa was also great. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. During our four-night stay, the room was cleaned only once, which was not what we expected for this level of hotel. More attention to housekeeping and daily room cleaning would make the overall experience much better. Overall, we enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and spa, but the housekeeping service definitely needs improvement.”
“My husband, Henry, and I spent our honeymoon here for two weeks back in June, and we're still absolutely in awe of how beautiful and special this place was. From the moment we arrived until the very last second of our stay, everything was truly five-star. Every member of staff we met was so kind, welcoming, and friendly. We'd especially like to thank Alex, who made us feel at home every single day. He greeted us every morning with a smile and always made sure to say goodbye whenever we left—it was such a thoughtful touch that meant so much to us. The food was absolutely incredible. As two vegans, we were a little worried about the dining options before we arrived, but we needn't have been. Every meal was outstanding, with plenty of delicious choices, and the quality was exceptional every single night. When we were leaving, the bartender (I'm so sorry we've forgotten his name!) surprised us with a bottle of homemade lemonade after I'd mentioned just once how much we loved it. It was so thoughtful of him to remember and such a lovely gesture that perfectly summed up the incredible hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. We will definitely be back. Even now, we still find ourselves talking about this wonderful place and remembering what an unforgettable honeymoon we had. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality, your kindness, and for making our honeymoon so memorable. We can't wait to return! Henry and Emma xx”
“Beautiful hotel concept, but unfortunately not the level of service and maintenance we expected for the price. We paid around €3,800 for our stay and specifically chose the accommodation because of the private pool and the overall premium concept. Unfortunately, several things accumulated during our stay. The private pool and surrounding outdoor areas were not consistently well maintained, housekeeping was disappointing, orders were forgotten several times and the service was inconsistent — some staff members were very friendly, while others came across as inattentive or unfriendly. Our rain shower was also defective, so we mainly had to use the handheld shower. We also noticed several maintenance and cleanliness issues around our accommodation, which we documented with photos. After we raised concerns about the private pool, the hotel checked the water values and these were within the normal range. The pool was subsequently cleaned more thoroughly. We therefore do not claim that there was a water-quality problem. What disappointed us most was the overall lack of attention to detail. At this price level, we expected a much more consistent 5-star experience. At times we chose to leave the resort and have dinner in Kos Town instead, as the overall experience at the hotel did not feel as relaxing as we had expected. The hotel offered a complimentary 30-minute massage as a goodwill gesture. We appreciated the offer, although considering the number of issues during our stay, we felt that it did not adequately reflect the overall experience. The location, architecture and views are beautiful, but unfortunately the operational quality did not consistently match the price or the expectations we had.”
“My wife and I recently stayed at Koia All-Suite Wellbeing Resort and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful, luxurious, adults-only escape. The architecture is stunning—beautiful natural stone, warm earthy tones, olive trees and minimalist design that blends perfectly with the landscape. The panoramic sea views are simply breathtaking, especially from the private pool, where it feels like the Aegean stretches endlessly before you. Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. The atmosphere throughout the resort is calm and relaxing. Every member of the staff was genuinely welcoming, professional and attentive without ever being intrusive. You truly feel looked after. A special mention goes to Thyme Restaurant, where we enjoyed one of the best dinners of our holiday. We had a beautifully prepared fresh red porgy (φαγκρί) paired with an excellent bottle of chilled white wine. Every dish was elegant, fresh and full of flavour, while the service was impeccable. Dining there at sunset overlooking the sea was a highlight of our stay. The room was spacious, beautifully designed and exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality finishes and everything needed for a relaxing getaway. If you’re looking for a place to disconnect, recharge and experience authentic Greek hospitality in a refined setting, Koia is an outstanding choice.”
“We stayed here last summer but I haven’t gotten around to writing a review. Absolutely wonderful stay with great staff, absolutely delicious food and magnificent location. This is a real treat if you like quiet, peace and relaxing vacations. Short bus trip into town or you can rent a car to get to Kos Town. The staff was so attentive and our room with private pool was an absolute dream! (Recommended to pay to heat it). Our floating breakfast was one of the highlights of the trip and the spa was so relaxing. 10/10 would recommend.”
