“Our stay at Hotel Lungarno in Florence was really great. The room was very beautiful, with a comfortable and elegant atmosphere that made it the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the stunning outdoor bar area overlooking the water — the views were incredible, the drinks were amazing, and it was such a special place to unwind in the evenings. The staff was one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience feel even more personal. The location was also fantastic — we were within walking distance of so much of what Florence has to offer, making it easy to explore the city without needing transportation. There were a couple of small downsides. The elevators are extremely small, but that is something you come to expect in many historic buildings throughout Italy. The bigger issue was the air conditioning in the room. It was very limited, and during our stay we needed to use small fans beside the bed to stay comfortable at night. Despite those minor inconveniences, Hotel Lungarno was a wonderful place to stay. The beautiful setting, amazing views, excellent drinks, perfect location, and genuinely kind staff made it a memorable Florence experience. We would happily stay here again.”

“10/10 experience at this hotel. It was my first time staying here & I prefer boutique style properties. The service was absolutely incredible, the bed was comfortable, all the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating (thank you guys + manager for being so kind!). The concierge was super helpful when it came to recommending places for a first timer like myself & assisted in making my stay so enjoyable. You definitely get more personalized experience here that makes you feel extremely welcome compared to standard chain hotels.”

“Amazing staff, views and food. Our room was clean, ready to go. Easy to ask for help or suggestions. All of the suggestions were absolutely spot on from food to gelato to gold shopping. Just ask the concierge staff. So welcoming and honestly had no hiccups here. Parking garage right next to hotel, 2-3 min walk from Ponte Vecchio, 10 min walk to the duomo and any other restaurants or shopping spots.”

“Over three separate trips, I had the privilege of spending thirteen nights at the Lungarno. There are many praises for the hotel—the rooms are luxurious, the views iconic, the bathrooms gorgeous, the location could not be any better for exploring Florence. The concierge team was consistently the highlight of the hotel. They are highly knowledgeable, discreet, and deeply connected to the city. I was there for personal reasons and needed assistance—Guido, Ilaria, Andrea, Lorenzo, Guilia. Zakaria and the rest of the team provided support, competence, kindness and problem-solving skills that were truly amazing. There is no doubt they are the most spectacular hotel team I have every encountered with a remarkable consistency of the impeccable standards of this brilliantly located hotel. My meals were wonderful, from the tasting menu at the Borgo San Jacopo to the casual meals in the PIcteau Bistrot to my omelette in the morning. Be sure to ask about the possibility of special tours offered by the hotel; I had a delightful visit to the Palazzo Capponi and a tour of the wonderful art in the hotel public areas.”
