“El Llorenç is a truly special hotel, and the staff are what make it exceptional. Everyone we encountered was friendly, incredibly accommodating and efficient, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The spa is lovely and, during our three days, was wonderfully quiet — the perfect place to unwind after exploring Palma. The rooftop pool area is also a real highlight and a great spot to relax and break up a day of sightseeing. The location is perfect, just a three-minute walk from the cathedral, making it so easy to explore the city on foot. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!”

“A beautiful hotel in the best location in Palma! The hotel was spotlessly clean, the service was impeccable, and the breakfast was excellent — definitely 5/5. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. They assisted us throughout our stay with recommendations on the best places to visit, car rental, and reservations at beaches and restaurants. The gym was also fully equipped with everything needed for a great workout, which was a big plus for us. The only downside was that smoking was not allowed anywhere, not even in the outdoor areas, including the rooftop pool. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!”

“An extravagant experience from beginning to end. Our party had the pleasure of a week stay here during our visit to Mallorca. I cannot imagine a better experience was possible anywhere else. Before we even arrived, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate every question and request. The concierge services were exceptional, from arranging taxi services, to booking a private boat tour and even preparing a picnic lunch for the trip. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every aspect. The amenities were exceptional as well. The rooftop is picturesque and the largest infinity pool in Palma. Dining experiences were excellent be it at the rooftop or for breakfast, with a wide variety of options. Beyond the unmatched experience at the hotel, it is very conveniently located near many of the most popular tourist locations, such as the Cathedral, Palça Major, and several museums. Most places were walkable within 10-20 minutes. Overall it was a truly an unmatched luxury experience.”

“Very nice hotel, the room is well furnished and has high quality of furniture with high tech. Amazing staff, they will treat you like a king and make sure you really enjoy your stay. Hotel is in restricted area so for the first time if you are driving it will be tough to arrive as google maps shows a different route than the right one. Hotel doesn’t have any parking you need to give it to vallet and request the car and wait 20m for arrival. I expected this hotel to have a better GYM than the one in the basement. Finally, I was surprised to see alot of ants in the room Im not sure how they managed to come in.”

“Stayed overnight in May 2026. Our room was lovely, albeit a little small. The amenities were great - we used the spa/sauna/pool in the basement which was great (though th jacuzzi didn't work properly) The rooftop infinity pool was splendid though sadly the weather was poor and we didn't get to use it! The location of the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the cathedral, so is very central. There is a little bit of building work taking place directly outside the hotel which was a bit of an eyesore though didn't disturb us too much. The service and the staff at the hotel are first class ***** Absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. In particular i would like to give a very special shout out to Claudia, who was wonderfully warm and made our short stay that extra bit special. Highly recommended.”
