“I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, every detail exceeded my expectations. The property is stunning, the Bosphorus views are breathtaking, and the restaurants, cafés, and facilities are all truly exceptional. Every part of the hotel reflects luxury, elegance, and genuine hospitality. A special thank you to The Grill Bosphorus team for providing one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Istanbul. The food, service, and atmosphere were outstanding. I would also like to recognize Şule from The Grill Bosphorus. Her professionalism, kindness, warm smile, and attention to detail made every visit memorable. She is a great example of genuine hospitality. Another heartfelt thank you goes to Halime at the reception. She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. She made me feel valued as a guest from the very beginning. It is the people who make a great hotel truly exceptional, and the team at Çırağan Palace Kempinski certainly does that. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for one of the finest luxury experiences in Istanbul.”

“Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful from start to finish. I honestly can’t thank everyone enough — from the reception team to room service and all the staff for their genuine hospitality, kindness, and welcoming attitude throughout the stay. The breakfast experience was amazing, especially with the beautiful sea view and relaxing atmosphere every morning. We stayed during the New Year season before, and now again during the beginning of summer, and both experiences were equally beautiful and memorable. Even though it’s clearly a very busy season, the team still maintained their warm smiles, professionalism, and excellent service at all times, which made the experience even more special. The views, the atmosphere, and the overall hospitality were exceptional. Definitely a place we would love to come back to again.”

“We stayed in both the historic palace quarters and the new building. The palace had its own personalized butler service and our suite had large windows overlooking the strait that also turned into Juliet balconies. Beautiful. However it was unfortunate that we were not notified of an event that would be happening in the yard right in front of our room until we moved into the suite. We were too exhausted from a long day of traveling to discuss it at the time of notification, and thinking it would probably be fine, but the event was actually right in front of our room and very loud and certainly disrupted our sleep. We were told that there are many events happening at this hotel all the time. This is actually understandable as the palace is certainly historic and magnificent, however to be reserving such a premium room for our stay I would think these events should be notified at least a week before check-in, certainly not after we have arrived at the room. We decided to move into the new building a day earlier than planned due to this incident. And this was facilitated well and swiftly by the head butler, which we appreciated. However at the reception there was also no communication on the price difference of our rooms and the appropriate refund that we should have received. Overall a great 5-star hotel, but coordination between rooms and events can be improved”

“Just a wonderful hotel! Perfection in every sense….our fourth KEMPINSKI hotel but our first time at The Cirigan. Leaving was not easy! A unique location and setting, it proved to be an essential part of our trip to Istanbul….just spending time at the hotel became a family priority!!!! . The rooms, various restaurants and the Hamam were all of an exceptional standard. (My husband had The Sultan Treatment….highly recommend.) The staff and team were welcoming, helpful and very friendly. I am already trying to find a reason to return!!!!”
