“We really wanted to give this amazing place 5 stars across the board. Pools and setting are among the best on the island. We had amazing servers and service at the restaurant. However, we informed the desk the night of our stay that the AC was not functioning well and were told a technician would see to it. We never heard back but tried to sleep in an 80 degree room. The next morning when we informed the front desk that it had not been fixed, there was no offer of discount or late check out or anything. That's preposterous at a hotel of this standing. Had this been remedied and addressed, we would have happily stayed another night; alas we did not. Paying full price for a luxury hot room is simply not acceptable in our book.”

“To me, this hotel is perfect. The service, food, and rooms were incredible. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, as well as the fact that the hotel provided free bottled water throughout the property. Stayed for 4 nights and never tired of the property and onsite restaurant. Also appreciated that there is access to the sister property's restaurants, and that they will shuttle you over there in a golf cart. Location is a little remote so definitely plan on staying on property if you don't have a car.”
