What Guests Loved
- Private balconies and terraces look directly over the Maspalomas Golf Course and the dunes, offering an open landscape rare in the busier parts of the resort.
- Guests receive one complimentary entry per stay to the extensive on-site spa, which features a comprehensive thermal circuit modeled after ancient Roman baths.
Things to Consider
- While rooms are well-appointed, the safety deposit box requires a daily rental fee, which may feel inconvenient for a premium four-star property.
- Situated alongside the golf course, the hotel is a short drive or moderate walk from the coastline, though the peaceful setting compensates for the distance.

Reviews from Google“I’ve stayed at Bull Vital Suites before and, until this visit, would happily have recommended it. Unfortunately, my latest stay has completely changed my opinion. On the very first day of my holiday, the hotel lost its water supply at around 5pm due to a burst pipe outside the property. I appreciate the burst pipe itself wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but the way the situation was managed certainly was. The water was not restored until around lunchtime the following day. During that time, guests were unable to shower, brush their teeth properly or flush toilets. No bottled water was distributed, no alternative facilities were offered and communication from the hotel was minimal. I was travelling with Jet2 and their customer service was equally disappointing. I reported the issue while it was happening and received no response whatsoever. If you’re booking a package holiday expecting support when things go wrong, don’t rely on it. To make matters worse, the security guard who took over reception after midnight spoke virtually no English, making it almost impossible to obtain any meaningful information or assistance. Unfortunately, the poor experience continued on the day I checked out. On the afternoon of checkout, I wanted to use the gym shower before travelling to the airport. Rather than showing a little flexibility after guests had already endured almost 20 hours without running water earlier in the week, I was challenged by the receptionist, told I shouldn’t be using the gym shower and informed I couldn’t take my suitcase into the gym. I was forced to unpack and repack my belongings in the reception area before walking across to shower. I was then directed to use the old, dark and damp shower in the downstairs toilets instead. The new receptionist repeatedly blamed the hotel manager’s rules, despite there being no information displayed to guests about these restrictions. Whether those rules exist or not, this was an opportunity to show common sense and good customer service. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. The biggest disappointment is that these situations were entirely avoidable from a customer service perspective. Problems happen, but good hotels are judged by how they respond. A courtesy room, bottled water, clearer communication or simply a more accommodating attitude from reception would have transformed the experience. Sadly, what should have been an enjoyable holiday ended with a lasting negative impression. After several stays at Bull Vital Suites, I won’t be returning.”
“Hidden Gem. Separate bedroom with tv. Large lounge with large TV fridge kettle coffee machine. Indoor large spa. Two outdoor pools one heated in the winter. Nice breakfast and lunch menu. 10 minute walk from the Yumbo centre. 20 minutes walk to the dunes. 20 minutes drive to Amadores beach.”
“Relaxing and well connected Hotel , I stayed for a couple of nights , the amenities were really nice , our room had a nice view to the golf course and the sea . The spa was wonderful , I spend hours in there and I had an amazing massage. The outdoors pool were really calm , not noise and one of them is heated. Highly recommended if you want to expend a relaxing couple of days enjoying the sun and good vibes .”
“The hotel is great, Staff very helpful and friendly, rooms are really big, very calm, nice pool. Everything is clean. 1 star less because the Gym is great, but so hot inside, air conditioning not working? Drinking water was always empty, so unfortunately I could not use it often, too hot. As a smoker I really can understand that they don't want you to smoke at the pool bar. There is a smoking area, with sofas... but no shadow. We did have more then 37° degrees... the wind was hot, the sun burning and the sofas were hot too. So I took a drink at the bar and then I went back on my terrace. Would have loved to sit a while there, but smoking at the bar, in the shadow was not allowed... the bar was empty... however it was not that comfortable and the cocktails lower then average. So pity, you really should think about to make a smoking area at the bar or at least to cover the smoking area with a big parasol. But for sure I can recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone. Nico”
“Had an excellent stay, the golf view rooms have a great sunset view with the dunes in the distance. Rooms were good size and clean. Breakfast was lovely by the pool. Location is quiet but also easy walk to beach, bars and restaurants. Can’t fault anything.”
