“Will start with the good side The location, landscape, pools and beach are wonderful On the other hand Rooms need renovations; the bathroom ventilation fan wasn't working in a lot of rooms, the shower handle was almost not working and the curtains are falling from their places The staff all over the hotel was extremely rude and not professional at all not what I'm used to in all luxury hotels in hurghada or elsewhere like they're beyond rude The food was not at all tasty or of good quality I've been travelling to hurghada at least 3 times a year since I was a kid and by far this is the worst experience of them all or second worse. You are an overrated place and I hope you can work to get things better and treat the guests with respect and professionalism or you'll fall really fast.”
