Rooms & which one to pick
Our tip: Couples after a sea view with their own pool should book the Wave Suite, Loft or Cave Suite (Sea View with Private Pool), or for a private infinity pool instead, the Wave Suite XL or Gaia Suite. Two couples travelling together should look at the Acroterra Villa (2 Bedroom Villa, sleeps 4) or the SUMMER HOUSE (2 Bedroom Villa, sleeps 4), while larger groups of up to 8 should consider the GRAND SUMMER HOUSE with its four queen bedrooms and two private pools.

Reviews from Google“There aren’t enough words to describe what an incredible stay we had. Beyond the breathtaking views, outstanding food, luxurious rooms, and wonderful sense of privacy, concerts, what truly made this hotel exceptional was its people . Above all, the service and the amazing staff made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff remembered us by name, checked in with us several times a day to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to see if we needed anything. They even surprised us with thoughtful treats during our stay, making us feel truly valued as guests. I would especially like to thank George, the Front Office Manager, who is without a doubt one of the most outstanding hospitality professionals I have ever met. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care ensured that every part of our stay was flawless. A special thank you also goes to Nikos from the restaurant. Every recommendation he made was worth it, and his exceptional service, attention to detail, and leadership were evident in every meal we enjoyed. This hotel doesn’t just offer luxury it creates unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience.”
“We were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely love to come back. The hotel is beautifully located and impresses with its stylish design and wonderful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The massage I booked was also amazing. The food was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We would especially like to highlight the staff, who were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this hotel. We are already looking forward to our next visit.”
“One of the most special hotels we have ever stayed at. We were lucky to receive a upgrade to a suite with an infinity pool, which made our stay even more memorable. The food was excellent throughout, especially at the restaurant UMI. It is highly recommended, but make sure to reserve in advance. Breakfast was also great, with both à la carte and buffet options. The spa area is beautiful and the massages were very relaxing. However, it’s a bit disappointing that the spa facilities (sauna, steam bath) cannot be used without booking a treatment or paying extra... this should be communicated more clearly. The pools were beautiful but not heated, which made them difficult to use in winter. Overall, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we would definitely love to come back.”
“A very special thank you to the most wonderful people: Georgia, Denice, and both Giorgoses. They are truly amazing people, so kind, warm, and full of positive energy. They made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We already miss it! ❤️ My boyfriend and I stayed at Acro Suites for two days, and it was absolutely magical. We are so happy that we chose to stay there. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but unfortunately it was fully booked, which is completely understandable considering how incredible this place is. Acro Suites is a truly special place, and we will cherish the memories from our time there. We hope to come back again someday.”
“The spa was very nice. They want you to experience luxury and you feel it. When we played tennis they brought out cold water and fresh fruit, unexpectedly. This is premier coastal Crete, spa getaway”
