In short: "Seven verified all-inclusive hotels on Fuerteventura, ranked against the terms the hotels publish themselves. Iberostar Palace for the beach at Jandía, Secrets Bahía Real for the most clearly documented à la carte inclusion on the island, Corralejo Bay for walking distance into town. Eight hotels were reviewed and left out."
Fuerteventura sells all-inclusive on very different terms, and the differences do not show up in the price.
At one hotel dinner is included at four named restaurants as long as you book a table; at another there is no à la carte at all; at a third the one à la carte restaurant in the building sits explicitly outside the package.
The review analysis covers a sample of 144 reviews from 4 of the 7 hotels listed. Mentions are counted after automated classification of texts that may be shortened. Latest analysis in this selection: August 2026. How we count mentions.

1Iberostar Selection Fuerteventura Palace
Fuerteventura, Spain
Food & restaurants: 39 of 39 mentions positive · Service & staff: 36 of 36 mentions positive
Iberostar Selection Fuerteventura Palace stands directly on the white sand at Jandía, at the far end of the peninsula and a good hour from the airport. Star Prestige is the hotel's named premium tier, with its own zone and its own service.
One important caveat: the hotel lists the restaurants alMar, Teppanyaki Tsukiji and El Saladar, but nowhere publishes that they form part of the all-inclusive package. We previously stated that two of them were included. We could not stand that up against the hotel's own pages and have removed it.
Why this rank: The strongest combined guest score in the selection, Booking 8.8 and Google 4.8 from more than 6,000 reviews, plus a named premium tier.
2Secrets Bahía Real Resort & Spa Adults only
Fuerteventura, Spain
Service & staff: 8 of 8 mentions positive · Food & restaurants: 7 of 7 mentions positive
Secrets Bahía Real sits beside the national park and the Corralejo dunes in the north, forty minutes from the airport. It takes adults only and runs Hyatt's Unlimited-Luxury.
Dinner is included at Chozo, Himitsu, Ólio and Nebbiolo, but a table booking is required and depends on availability. We previously wrote that six à la carte restaurants were included with no booking requirement. That was wrong on both counts and has been corrected.
Why this rank: The most clearly documented à la carte inclusion on the island: four named restaurants form part of Unlimited-Luxury, and 852 reviews sit behind the score.
3Paradisus by Meliá Fuerteventura - All Inclusive
Fuerteventura, Spain
Food & restaurants: 13 of 13 mentions positive · Location: 10 of 10 mentions positive
Paradisus by Meliá sits at Sotavento on Costa Calma, the windswept south-west coast where the kitesurfers gather. The concept is called Destination Inclusive and The Reserve is the named upgrade tier.
Meliá writes that a table booking may be required at some restaurants and that supplements may apply, so the à la carte inclusion is conditional rather than a given. We previously called this the only true all-inclusive resort on the island. That claim has gone, since several hotels here sell all-inclusive as their core concept.
Why this rank: A newly refurbished five-star resort with a named upgrade tier, but a thin base of reviews and à la carte inclusion that comes with conditions.
4Barceló Corralejo Bay - Adults Only
Fuerteventura, Spain
Food & restaurants: 12 of 12 mentions positive · Service & staff: 7 of 7 mentions positive
Barceló Corralejo Bay is the adults-only hotel eighty metres from the beach in Corralejo, within walking distance of the town's restaurants and bars. That is its clearest advantage.
There is no separate à la carte restaurant; lunch at the pool bar is served à la carte, and otherwise it is buffet and bars. We previously gave the hotel a guest score of 9.3. That figure could not be traced to either Booking or Google and has been removed.
Why this rank: 484 reviews behind a Booking score of 8.6 and an adults-only hotel within walking distance of Corralejo, but the concept has no à la carte whatsoever.
5Iberostar Waves Playa Gaviotas
Fuerteventura, Spain
Iberostar Waves Playa Gaviotas stands directly on Playa de Jandía and has Star Prestige as its named premium tier for rooms.
The hotel has a single restaurant, the Atlantico buffet, and the other outlets are snack bars. There is therefore no à la carte to include, which is worth knowing if the food is what matters most to you.
Why this rank: A beachfront position on Playa de Jandía and a named premium tier for the rooms, but no à la carte restaurant at all.
6Iberostar Waves Gaviotas Park
Fuerteventura, Spain
Gaviotas Park is the more family-minded of Iberostar's two Gaviotas hotels, on the same beach in Jandía.
Both restaurants are buffet or snack bar and the hotel publishes no premium tier. All-inclusive is the standard board here, which is not the case at every hotel on this list.
Why this rank: The same beach and the same board arrangement as its sister hotel, but without a named premium tier.
7Barceló Corralejo Sands
Fuerteventura, Spain
Barceló Corralejo Sands is in the middle of Corralejo, six hundred metres from the town beach, with two pools and a spa with a Turkish bath.
It has the highest Booking score in the selection, 8.7 from 450 reviews, but the concept is narrower than that number suggests: A Poniente, the hotel's only à la carte restaurant, falls outside all-inclusive and is paid for separately. That is what holds the hotel back despite the score.
Why this rank: The highest Booking score of the Corralejo hotels, but the one à la carte restaurant sits outside the package and no premium tier is published.
How we ranked the hotels
This ranking belongs to the theme alone and is separate from the general luxury order on the destination page. The guest score on Booking and Google counts for 55 per cent, weighted by how many reviews sit behind it, so that a score built on a handful of guests is pulled towards the island average. Verified concept facts count for 30 per cent: whether all-inclusive is sold at all, whether à la carte is included, whether premium drinks are included, whether there is a stated premium tier, and whether food and drink are served around the clock. Star rating counts for 15 per cent.
The two guest scores are combined into a single weighted figure that we never print on the page as a grade, because it is not comparable with Booking's or Google's own scales. Where we quote a score in the text we always name the source, for example Booking 8.8 or Google 4.6. We previously gave the figure 9.3 for Barceló Corralejo Bay with no source. It could not be traced and has been removed.
We require Booking 8.5 or better before we will rank a hotel here. The threshold is hard and applies as of the day we check, which this time means that a hotel included in the last version has dropped out.
Anything we could not confirm counts as neither a yes nor a no. It is left out of the calculation and lowers the hotel's coverage at the same time, so a hotel with few confirmed criteria cannot climb on its guest score alone. That is what holds Barceló Corralejo Sands down despite it having the highest Booking score in the selection.
This time we are publishing no counted review mentions for Fuerteventura. On 9 September 2026 we found that our review harvest had been storing rewritten versions of the same review instead of the guests' own words, and until that material has been gathered again we would rather not publish figures built on it.
We have read the hotels' own pages, noted the exact wording and the date we checked it, and ranked on that basis.
Fifteen hotels on Fuerteventura went through the review. Seven sell an all-inclusive concept we were able to verify and clear our score threshold. Those are ranked below. The rest appear at the foot of the page with the reason. Terms we could not confirm are left blank rather than guessed.
Corralejo, Caleta de Fuste, Costa Calma or Jandía — where should you stay?
Corralejo in the north (Corralejo Bay, Corralejo Sands, Secrets Bahía Real) is the island's liveliest town, with the dunes of the national park on its doorstep and ferries to Lanzarote and Lobos. Reckon on forty minutes from the airport.
Caleta de Fuste (Barceló Fuerteventura Royal Level and its sister hotels) is barely ten minutes from the airport and sits on a sheltered, quiet bay. It is the choice for short trips and for anyone who wants to avoid a long transfer.
Costa Calma and Sotavento (Paradisus) is the windswept south-west coast, one of the best-known kitesurfing areas in Europe, with shallow lagoons and more secluded resorts. Around an hour from the airport.
Jandía and Morro Jable (Iberostar Palace, the two Gaviotas hotels, Riu Palace Jandia) at the far end of the peninsula have the island's longest sandy beach and the widest choice of resorts. The transfer is at its longest here, around eighty minutes.
Hotels we reviewed but left out
Eight hotels went through the same review without making the list.
Barceló Fuerteventura Royal Level — Booking 8.2 from 279 reviews. The hotel was in our last version at 8.5. The score has slipped since and now sits below our threshold. The concept itself is strong, with service around the clock and a named premium tier, but a threshold is a threshold.
Riu Palace Jandia — Booking 8.8 from 305 reviews, comfortably above our score threshold. The hotel is sold on half board, however, not all-inclusive. Riu states outright that it runs on a half-board plan rather than an all-inclusive one. We had it on the list before. That was wrong and has been corrected.
Riu Palace Tres Islas in Corralejo — Booking 8.3 from 844 reviews. Riu does sell the hotel with all-inclusive, but the guest score is below our threshold.
H10 Playa Esmeralda in Costa Calma — Booking 8.3. An adults-only hotel right on the beach with a spa and all-inclusive, but below the threshold.
Elba Carlota in Caleta de Fuste — Booking 8.3 from 1,000 reviews. Below the threshold.
Occidental Jandía Royal Level — Booking 8.2 from 200 reviews. Below the threshold.
Elba Palace Golf Boutique Hotel and Bahiazul Resort both have guest scores above the threshold, 8.8 and 8.6 respectively, but we have not been able to verify that they sell all-inclusive. They belong in our luxury selection for the island, but not on this list.
A hotel missing from the list is not one we think poorly of. It means either that it does not sell all-inclusive, that we found no published terms to compare, or that the guest score sits below our threshold.
