“I cannot say enough about how amazing this holiday has been for me, my daughter and our close family friends. After two difficult years, returning here felt like medicine for my soul. Celebrating my 50th birthday made the trip even more special, and the hotel and staff went above and beyond to make me feel celebrated, including surprising me with a cake and gift. Their thoughtfulness meant so much. The staff are exceptionally hardworking, professional, friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to Salome around the pool, whose warm smile and positive energy made us feel comfortable every day. Tatiana at the crêpe station was also wonderfully sweet and patient with our kids each lunchtime. The restaurant staff and room maids were equally exceptional. The hotel remains clean, modern and stunning, even four years after our last visit. We loved the comfortable loungers, well-equipped gym, poolside food and drinks, and beautiful sunshine. The dining was excellent. The Grill’s patatas bravas, entrecôte steak and chocolate dessert were delicious, while the Italian restaurant’s carbonara and cloud-like salty bread starter were unforgettable. My daughter especially loved the sushi and happily devoured the California rolls. Thank you to everyone who made this holiday so meaningful. We will absolutely be returning. ❤️”

“We had a pleasant stay overall and found the hotel beautiful and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. The phone in our room was not functioning, which made it difficult to contact room service or reception directly. The hotel also offered a complimentary 25-minute massage, but unfortunately, we were unable to secure an available appointment during our stay despite checking several times. The complimentary bicycles were unavailable during the first few days due to maintenance, and later only two bicycles were available for guests. Additionally, the hotel has only two restaurants, so dining options are somewhat limited. On our final day, the air conditioning experienced a technical issue, which was unfortunate. Despite these points, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the efforts of the hotel team. With a few improvements to the facilities and guest services, the experience could be even better.”

“As soon as we arrived- the staff were very hospitable and welcoming. Check in was easy and we were sat down and the hotel surroundings were explained well to us. Assistance with luggage and showing us to our room was great. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and prompt. Quality of food was excellent- all restaurants were great and there was plentiful amounts. We enjoyed the experience of trying different cuisines. All the staff were efficient and kind- especially Adnan Arif . Overall, no faults, i would be happy to recommend to anyone and will definitely return.”

“We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back. We were celebrating our anniversary and were kindly upgraded to a room with a private pool, which made our trip extra special. The hotel is huge, with several beautiful pools and always plenty of space to relax. Everything was very clean, the food was great, and the cocktails were excellent. The views are absolutely stunning, and overall we had a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!”

Sergio, our concierge, was exceptional in ensuring we had everything we needed and promptly answered any questions we had throughout the day. The resort itself was breathtaking, with stunning views that captivated us. Each restaurant we visited was delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the lounge/bar, where they provided entertainment every night. The spa was a highlight, with Evelyn and Inēs expertly performing our couples massage, making it incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The resort’s proximity to the beach and its extensive amenities made it an ideal place to stay. We highly recommend this amazing resort for your next stay in Mallorca!”
