What Guests Loved
- The property features a variety of pools including an indoor option and specialized swim-up areas, ensuring ample space for both active swimmers and those seeking quiet relaxation throughout the day.
- Guests can choose from five distinct dining venues that offer a range of international cuisines, providing a level of variety that is often lacking in standard resort dining packages.
Things to Consider
- The expansive layout of the resort means some guest rooms are situated a considerable distance from the main lobby and dining areas, though well-maintained paths facilitate the walk.
- Given its comprehensive amenities, the resort attracts many families; those seeking absolute silence might find the common areas busier during the height of the summer school holidays.

Reviews from Google“Lovely hotel with some great members of staff, in particular Jarrell from the entertainment team and Marco in La Veranda. It was very busy and subsequently after paying £1600 for all inclusive we could only use two out of four of our à la carte allowance. We spoke to a girl on reception about this and she was very unhelpful saying that it was busy and there was nothing they could do unless we ate at 9.30pm! Not what I would expect for a 5 star hotel. We have been to the one in Palma Nova which was much better. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.”
“Great resort for families with younger kids! Exceptional staff, extremely clean, well appointed rooms, and great pools/playgrounds/entertainment for kids. Only feedback is that the rooms are a little hard to fit both adults and kids, as the bathrooms don't have doors and open to the living room (so if someone is sleeping in the living room it's hard to go to the bathroom without waking them. Highly recommend investing in the 2 bedroom suite if you have 2 kids. Do not come here without kids under age ~12. It's a kid focused resort, and adults (or adults/teenagers) could find better spots.”
“We spent a family holiday here this August. The hotel is a the rare mix of somewhere that feels as though you are staying with friends, with all the benefits of a first class resort. The staff are incredibly attentive, making the experience luxurious and deeply relaxing. The facilities are fabulous and we felt very comfortable letting our 9yr old explore the exciting range of pools which are all attended by lifeguards. Highly recommend.”
“We had booked half board but all of the restaurants were almost fully booked for the duration of our stay, meaning we had to eat at the buffet all but one of the nights. The buffet is average at best with most options barely warm. We ate at the Veranda one night. It had no vegetarian main course which meant we had to order a bunch of sides instead. Sandwiches/pastries in the coffee shop are stale. Do not include meals with your stay!”
“Returned from a fantastic trip to this hotel. Third holiday here and it seems to be getting better every year. It’s not cheap but we feel it’s definitely worth the extra money. A particular thanks to the kids entertainment team. My son has Down Syndrome and they were absolutely amazing with him and my other 2 kids. Hotel is definitely suited to families and in particular younger kids. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.”
