“I had the pleasure of staying at the W Barcelona for my birthday before embarking on a cruise, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and accommodating—from the valet upon arrival, to the concierge team at check-in, to the restaurant and bar staff throughout the property. What truly stood out was how they recognized my birthday and went out of their way to make me feel celebrated and special. The hotel itself is the perfect blend of luxury and modern sophistication. The property is impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and offers breathtaking views of the ocean and beach. W Barcelona delivers an elevated experience with outstanding service, stylish surroundings, and an atmosphere that makes every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next visit to Barcelona.”

“We had a fantastic stay at the W Hotel in Spain! The hotel is beautifully designed with a modern, luxurious atmosphere and stunning views. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay and always made us feel welcome. The restaurants and amenities were excellent, and the location made it easy to explore the area. “I'm typically someone who leaves positive reviews, and I'm honestly hard-pressed to give this property more than 3 stars. I wanted to share my experience so future guests know what to expect, especially given the premium rates during peak travel seasons. What saves this hotel is its incredible location and stunning views. If you're looking for a beautiful setting, this property certainly delivers. Unfortunately, the service has been disappointing. We are currently still staying at the hotel, and despite contacting the concierge multiple times, we have yet to receive an extra pillow and blanket that were requested on our first day. We're now on day three. We've also requested replacement washcloths and are still waiting for those as well. Another minor issue is the room lighting, which is quite dim. While I appreciate efforts to conserve energy, guests should be aware that the rooms can feel darker than expected. As a Marriott Bonvoy member who stays at Marriott properties regularly, I expected a higher level of responsiveness and service. The lack of follow-through on basic requests has been surprising and slightly frustrating. If your priority is location and views, you'll likely enjoy your stay. However, based on our experience so far, don't come expecting exceptional service. Hopefully management can improve the guest experience because the property itself has tremendous potential.”

“I had a fantastic stay at W Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Lara for providing such a warm, professional, and seamless check-in experience it was the perfect start to my stay. The rooms are stunning, beautifully designed, and offer everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. I also want to recognize the pool team, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The hospitality and energy of the entire team were amazing . The party they are doing on Sunday in the main pool is very nice , however to review the the system in place for tables and minimum spend, way to high for a table and all tables were empty during the evening. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“My stay at W Barcelona was truly unforgettable.The view from the room was breathtaking. One of my favorite parts was the gym. Working out while enjoying panoramic views of the Mediterranean made every session feel energizing and inspiring. The breakfast was another highlight, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day.What made this stay even more special was celebrating my birthday at the hotel.
