Reviews from Google“Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is modern, very well equipped. Breakfast is a must! Locationwise is the perfect hotel. I the middle of the action but still quite. The only downside is carpet cleaning could be more frequent. We stayed there for 4 nights but the carpet in our room was never vacuumed during our stay. Also sheet was not changed even when it got somen chocolate stain. Other then these, it is a very great hotel.”
“We had a wonderful stay at One Palacio and can confidently say that it is one of the best hotels in Lisbon. The breakfast was excellent, with everything prepared à la carte, which made it feel fresh and personalized. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and welcoming. We were also celebrating my wife’s birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond by arranging a complimentary birthday cake in our room—a very thoughtful and memorable touch. The spa is very good, although it does need to be reserved in advance. The outdoor infinity pool is another highlight, with a fantastic view that makes it a great place to relax. Overall, One Palacio offers beautiful facilities, excellent service, and genuinely caring staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.”
“My family and I just completed a two night stay at The One. We had three rooms and everyone in my family commented on what a wonderful experience we had over the past few days. The service is top notch - professional, responsive, and friendly. I am in the travel industry, therefore I have a more discerning eye than perhaps others, and I was quite impressed. The location was excellent and the physical structure was so impressive that my description wouldn't do it justice. Taking a former palace and converting it into a hotel must have been a massive undertaking, but it's beautiful and they did a nice job of retaining some of the old and blending it with a new modern facility. We would all be looking forward to going back.”
“After about a 12 hour car ride as we frantically were trying to ensure we caught our plane out of Lisbon we spent a single night at this amazing and beautiful hotel. I only wish we were able to stay longer. We were greeted with a friendly staff which were a definite highlight after so much time on the road. The building was nicely decorated with some amazing accents like the light fixtures. We were upgraded to a larger room and almost immediately fell asleep when we got into bed as the pillows were so soft. Definitely a place to book and I think we'll be back (hopefully soon!)”
“I recently spent five nights at The One Palácio da Anunciada for a work trip, and the experience was genuinely memorable — largely thanks to the exceptional team throughout the property. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel completely at home. A particular standout was Fabio, whose concierge service was second to none. The bar team equally deserves a mention; every interaction was warm and full of genuine hospitality. It's rare to feel so consistently welcomed across an entire stay, but this team pulled it off effortlessly. The terrace is a real highlight — a beautiful setting to slow down and enjoy lunch, and a welcome escape during a busy work schedule. I didn't manage to use the spa this time around, though from what I could see it looked well worth exploring on a future visit. The rooftop pool was unfortunately closed during my stay, which was a small disappointment, but I have no doubt it would add a wonderful touch to the experience. What truly sets this hotel apart is its location. Tucked quietly away from the bustle of the city yet within easy walking distance of everything you'd want to explore — it strikes that rare balance of peaceful retreat and urban convenience. I'd happily return, and would have no hesitation recommending The One Palácio da Anunciada to anyone visiting Lisbon.”
