“We had a wonderful stay at Rubi Platinum Spa Resort & Suites. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, the pools and beach area are excellent, and there is plenty to do throughout the day. The food was delicious with a great variety of choices, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful surroundings, and the overall quality of the service. It is a great hotel for both couples and families, and we would definitely recommend Rubi Platinum to anyone visiting Alanya. We would be very happy to come back again!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay at Rubi Platinum Spa & Resort We had a wonderful stay at Rubi Platinum Spa & Resort and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The cocktail menu is excellent, with a great variety of drinks to choose from. The staff were very friendly, attentive and genuinely caring towards the guests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is fantastic, especially the lagoon. The water is usually calm, with no waves, making it very pleasant for swimming. In the evening, however, the water could sometimes feel a little too warm. We really appreciated the peaceful and pleasant atmosphere of the resort. There are many nice places where you can relax, have a drink and spend quality time with friends. The only thing we would suggest improving is the music at the disco. The selection felt a little outdated and could definitely benefit from some newer and more modern music. The SPA is fantastic! Excellent massage therapists, a salt room and even an ice machine — everything you need for a great relaxing experience. Overall, we had a very positive experience and we are definitely planning to come back! Highly recommended.”

“We've been coming to Rubi Platinum Resort since it first opened, and after more than 15 visits, it truly feels like our second home. Every single stay has given us unforgettable memories, and every corner of this beautiful hotel holds a special place in our hearts. Whether you're travelling as a couple or with your family, this resort is simply perfect. The Kids Club has improved tremendously over the years, with so many fun and engaging activities that keep children entertained all day long. One of the things we love most is the incredible staff. It's amazing to see that many of the same friendly faces are still here after 15 years, which says so much about the hotel's quality and management. They always make us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel itself is absolutely picturesque, with spacious, spotlessly clean rooms, stunning grounds, and one of the best beaches on the Turkish Riviera. Thanks to its fantastic location, even in April and October it still feels like proper summer, making it ideal for extending the holiday season. Alanya is also only around 25 minutes away by car if you fancy exploring the area. A huge thank you to everyone at Rubi Platinum Resort for creating so many wonderful memories for our family over the years. We can't wait to return again and again. Highly recommended!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Rubi Platinum...again. Thanks to all the outstanding staff and especially the wonderful people in the MaMePa kids club. Our kids loved to play and stay here and enjoyed every night show. I have to admit, that this kids club is even much better than the kindergarten we go to at home. The staff is so kind and always there for the kids. Ok, enough praise :) You better go and find out yourself. Have a good time!!!”

“Great hotel vibe, nice food, nice sea. AWFUL Wifi during the whole stay of 10 days. Only in room it worked, outside the room on the whole territory it didn’t for both me and my partner, which is unacceptable for this price ( almost 4k euros ) and quality of hotel. It was communicated and nothing was fixed. Sometimes the service during the meals is slow, like setting up cutlery after another table finished, bringing drinks, which is understandable when there is no supervision of the young workers that are there, without a manager in the shift for their line of work, it’s normal. There was also a bad smell around the relaxing pool also during our whole stay, which was also communicated, but it continued to be like that till the end, it wasn’t really enjoyable laying there when every couple of minutes there was a sewer smell around you. Shows were interesting and fun to watch mostly, but after shows and dj sets need to be improved asap. But many great things other than that, the rooms and look of the hotel is beautiful, the cabanas on the sea are a great choice to have during your stay and for the amount you pay it’s totally worth it. Staff was mostly friendly during the whole stay, the beach and sea and also very enjoyable and that’s everything i would say, the rest you need to experience it.”
