“Simply the best hotel in Larnaca. Period. The rooms, breakfast, cleanliness, and location are all excellent, but what truly sets this hotel apart is its service. A special thank you to Theodora / Reservations. What an exceptional professional and person. Her communication, responsiveness, understanding, and genuine care for guests are outstanding. Due to the war, I was unable to travel and thought I would lose my reservation. Theodora immediately stepped in, handled everything smoothly and professionally, arranged for the booking to be cancelled and refunded, and later assisted us in rebooking without any hassle. Every email was answered quickly, clearly, and with a personal touch that is becoming increasingly rare in the hospitality industry. This is exactly how customer service should be. Radisson Blu is fortunate to have people like Theodora representing the brand. Keep her, reward her, or promote her—she truly makes a difference. Thank you to the entire team. “We had a lovely 2 night stay at Radisson Blu. The Premium room with sea view was great. The balcony is big and spacious. The bathroom was nice. The breakfast had lots of variety. The location is not the best as it is not in the city centre and the buses are not reliable. What I was surprised about in the supposedly 5 Star hotel was that no one offered to help us with our luggage to be brought downstairs to wait for our taxi. Also the pool area is near reception. Why? There is no privacy. The SkyBar is very small and not inviting with very loud music. The Harbour Blu restaurant is very good and the staff is so nice. The Black Angus burger was the best. The flavour was like homemade food.”

“I was visiting for a short business trip, found this hotel to be a prime candidate for my stay. Arrived late by one of the many Mercedes taxis that operate, checked in, and THRIVED in the comfortable bedding that was provided, I was given a room at one of their top floors with ocean view, everything from the shower, lighting, size of the room, was ideal. Service was not to be forgotten. I ordered myself at times a delicious medium rare burger or cheeses, the gym was spacious and enough. Overall loved my stay.”

“Had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu Hotel. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, rooms are spacious and well maintained with all the necessities. Location is great too. Plenty of shops around and not too far from main Promenade. Breakfast buffet was great with a wide variety of food - highly recommend. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend.”
