Reviews from Google“We have stayed at Mirada del Mar 28.5.-3.6. We had amazing weather and our stay was perfect! We can only recommend this resort. It was very clean, the organization of the staff is spot on. We loved the big gardens, beautiful pools and the amazing food choice. Our 2yo loved the mini zoo, we visited it twice a day, also the playground and kids town. The food is the best I ever had, very delicious, fresh and diverse. The only downside was our room (1067) was above the kitchen and during dinner times the smell of cooking was strong, but we were outside all the time and it did not affect our time there.”
“we stayed at the hotel at the end of July, with a two-year-old child. we are absolutely delighted with everything the hotel offers. I'll start from the beginning: the staff at the reception did their best to get us into the room as early as possible, because we arrived at the hotel early due to the early flight. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious, cleaned every day, the mini bar was replenished. The food was extremely tasty, varied, and the staff was very friendly. Cocktails are wonderful, you have a large selection of drinks available. The pools are wonderful, clean, the water is warm, hygiene is taken care of. The entrance to the sea is rocky, but you can enter directly from the pontoon. There is a wonderful, fenced playground for children on the beach. The mini club for kids is wonderful, the animation girls are fantastic with the kids. We had the best time ever. The landscape around the hotel is amazing, the smell of pine trees and the sea is wonderful, there is also a small zoo with feathered animals and a pond. Kudos to every part of the hotel and every member of staff and thank you for an amazing vacation with a toddler!”
“This was our first vacation in Turkey, spent there a week from 08/07/2026 until 14/07/2026. We were positively impressed. The territory and hotel planning are planned smart enough, everything is well calculated, everything is at their place. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and filled with all necessary. The dishes are tasty and have a large variety of different types of food, everyday they prepare something new, whereas some of them do repeat, but it doesn't bother too much IMHO. The sea, the beach and mountain views are to be admired; the water is clear. And last but not least: the staff have shows for r all ages, every day something new and interesting. Might've lost some things that impressed us, so please pardon me. We will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends. Can certainly say that our family enjoyed the vacation at Mirada del Mar 100%. And yes, we will plan to come here again, hopefully to have the same experience. Thank you for everything Mirada!”
“My family and I are currently staying at this hotel, and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience. Service: The staff is exceptionally polite, attentive, and helpful at every step. Dining: The food is incredible! Not only is there a massive variety—ensuring everyone in the family finds something they love—but the quality of the food is truly outstanding. Cleanliness: Everything is spotless. The standards of cleanliness throughout the resort are impressive. Having spent our holidays in Türkiye for years, I can confidently say this is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended!”
“We have been coming to Mirada Del Mar for several years because we genuinely enjoy this hotel, but unfortunately this year's experience was a step down compared to our previous visits. The biggest highlight is still the food in the main restaurant—it's one of the best we've had at an all-inclusive resort. There is plenty of variety, and you can always find a table. The beach is also beautiful, with plenty of available sunbeds, and the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. We also appreciated how well the minibar and bathroom amenities were refilled throughout our stay. However, the snack bars were a huge disappointment. Last year we loved eating there, but this year the food was bland and lacked quality. What disappointed us the most was the service. As returning guests, we expected to feel welcomed, but instead we felt ignored. There was no possibility of early check-in, and when we mentioned that we had been choosing this hotel for several years, the response was essentially, "We're so good that everyone keeps coming back," rather than showing appreciation. Unlike some other returning guests, we didn't receive any welcome gift or gesture. A special thank you goes to Merei from Guest Relations, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. She was the exception. Most of the staff rarely greeted guests, often looked unhappy, or simply ignored us. Interestingly, many of the staff members we remembered from previous years were still as kind as ever. There were also several inconveniences during our stay. We got stuck in the elevator twice, which was quite unpleasant. The housekeeping schedule was also inconvenient—the cleaning lady consistently came between 2 and 4 p.m., exactly when we were resting in the room, and even tried to enter despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign. As a result, our room was only cleaned every other day. We had requested a king-size bed but instead received two single beds pushed together with separate mattresses, which was uncomfortable. Late check-out was also unavailable, although this had never been a problem during our previous stays. The entertainment was another downgrade compared to last year. The evening shows were less engaging, and there was no foam party, which was one of the highlights of previous visits. Another small but noticeable issue was that staff in the main restaurant dropped and broke dishes almost every day, creating loud noise that disrupted the otherwise pleasant dining atmosphere. In the mornings Murat was making great coffee, but was always annoyed and had headphones in. Overall, Mirada Del Mar still has many strengths, especially its excellent main restaurant, location, beautiful beach, and comfortable facilities. However, the decline in service, entertainment, and attention to returning guests made this stay much less enjoyable than before. We hope the hotel addresses these issues because we know how good it can be.”
