“Everything was wonderful. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had an amazing time and truly enjoyed our stay. The only negative point I would mention is the elevator and room navigation. It was a bit difficult to find our room and getting to it could be confusing, especially during the first days of our stay. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you, Liberty Fabay, for a fantastic holiday!”

“We stayed at the Liberty Fabay in May 2026 for 10 nights and we’ve had probably the best holiday yet. The hotel is massive and there is so much to do. We enjoyed staying by the main activity pool but also the adult only pool was great for relaxing too. I really enjoyed playing water polo during the day and the entertainment shows on the evenings were fun too. We travelled as a couple but I also can see this was good for family’s too. It has something for everyone really. The food was outstanding, breakfast lunch and dinner, we always had good food and we never ate out once, so it didn’t get to repetitive either. We also chose to go to the Indian À la carts restaurant which was absolutely fantastic. Great food and service, especially ‘Engin’ who was in charge that day, big shoutout to him. Honestly my favourite part was the sports bar, every night we watched all the football and they could put whatever game you wanted on and they even opened up early and stayed open late if there was a game on. I think the bar lady was called ‘Naz’, she was great and always made sure I had another beer. Last of all the cleaners were great, did our rooms up every single day, fresh towels, restocked our mini bar and even folded up our clothing, thank you also! Overall, this holiday was fantastic and we will 100% be coming back!”

“I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Liberty Fabay, and I would like to share my experience. From the very beginning, the hospitality was exceptional. The welcome at reception was warm and professional, and the waiters were always smiling, friendly, and attentive. And the food—what can I say? Absolutely perfect! I have stayed at many hotels in Turkey, but Liberty Fabay really stands out. You simply cannot say that something is missing in the restaurant. The variety, quality, and presentation of the food are excellent. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and extremely well maintained. The beach and all the swimming pools are also spotless and beautifully maintained. The variety of activities is impressive, and everything is organized in a very professional way. I especially want to mention the fitness center—it is excellent, very well equipped, and extremely well maintained by the staff working there. Thank you, Liberty Fabay, for such a fantastic experience. Keep up the great work, because at this level of service and quality, I honestly don’t think you will have much competition! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Me and my wife have just returned from Liberty Fabay. We stayed here last year for our honeymoon and couldn’t think of any other hotel we would like to return to as much as Fabay. Firstly the staff are excellent in this hotel. Most are very attentive and make conversation with you not because they have to but because they are invested in the guests staying at the resort. I would like to especially praise Benjamin who served us in the Peruvian restaurant, he offered excellent advice on the menu and was very friendly. The grounds were immaculately kept and the setting of the resort is beautiful. There are some great local shops and the water taxi to the town is definitely worth it. The food at the resort was excellent and a big improvement on last year. The adults only had the biggest improvement and the food served in there was the best we had during our stay. The Al a cart concept works much better than the buffet used too. The highlight was definitely the adults only lunch menu. All the other restaurants we ate in were also very good and well staffed. The menu for the snack restaurant in the centre of the resort was also improved significantly from last year in my opinion. The beach bar is absolutely beautiful and the staff there were excellent and very attentive. The drinks in the beach bar and lobby bar were also excellent. It is important to note the staff are happy to make cocktails that are not on the menu and still made these to a high standard without complaining. The patisserie has also improved massively this year. The selection of cakes is better and the addition of the chocolate taps was great. Me and my wife regularly got coffee and cake in there. The iced coffee is especially good at Fabay. The beach is beautiful and entertainment was good throughout our stay. There were a few very minor points that I think could be improved on however these are very picky and definitely should not put anyone reading this off. Firstly I found that the staff in the lobby bar often took a long time to come and take a drinks order, sometimes up to 20 minutes which I don’t really understand as often they would see you and the bar would be empty. Secondly, the sports bar felt a little out of place, it seems strange to me they don’t serve Budweiser and miller in here but they do in the adults bar, seems like an easy fix, it also smelt a little funny compared to how amazing the other bars smell. I think a pool table in there would also be a good addition. The nightclub also felt like a big missed opportunity. We went in there one night and it was almost empty despite being a great space, I feel management should consider opening this early once or twice a week and hosting events like parties in here. It did also smell damp which again is odd as the rest of the resort smells amazing. The soft drinks at the adults beach have been replaced with just water which is a shame. Lastly I did used to like the ice cream freezer in the patisserie, would be nice if maybe they reinstated this at the beach bar or somewhere else on the complex. Overall this resort is amazing and the negatives I raise above are all very minor and are heavily outweighed by the improvements made in the last year. I would recommend this hotel and me and my family are planning on returning next year. Big thank you to all the staff who made the stay so special and we look forward to returning.”

“Update: the management and guest relations were very proactive and tried hard to fix most of the issues, they were checking pool temperature, even though it never got too warm it was at least acceptable to swim, and operations manager personally made sure they have sugar free oatmeal for breakfast for babies. So again, Service can be hit or mess, especially at the spa as we don’t think it’s worth the price but management really cares to make the hotel better, just avoid traveling after Ramadan as it’s very crowded. We chose Liberty Fabay because we were told the spa pool would be heated and the outdoor pools would also be heated. Based on that, and based on the reviews, we expected a much better experience. The hotel looks modern and the design is nice, but the experience did not match the image. Food There is a big selection, but a lot of the food was bland and tasteless. There were huge lines even for simple things like meat. Breakfast was weak for a hotel in this category. There was nothing like eggs Benedict, or even simple poached eggs with salmon. Even basic Turkish items were inconsistent. We asked for hummus at breakfast and were told it would be at lunch. Then at lunch we were told there was no hummus. In the kids section, some tomatoes were clearly spoiled, and nobody seemed to care. Rooms and noise The rooms are smaller than expected, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were placed near the elevator, but the bigger issue is that the doors and walls feel very thin. You can hear people talking in the corridor, housekeeping outside the room, and general hallway noise very easily. It does not feel calm or premium. Spa and pools The spa was a major disappointment. The indoor pool was so cold that it was not enjoyable to swim in. Even in the hammam, the stone slabs were cold when they should have been heated. We were also told the outdoor pools would be heated, but the hotel said they had issues. Even after they said this was fixed, the pools were still only slightly heated and not really pleasant to swim in. Service The main problem is management and attention to detail. The staff are there, but too many things are missed and nobody seems to care enough. At breakfast we ordered two cappuccinos. Only one arrived, and it was cold. Small things like that happened repeatedly. This hotel was about double the price of Jiva Beach, but Jiva Beach was much better. The food there was better, the staff cared more, and the whole place felt much better managed. Liberty Fabay may look more upscale in photos, but in real life it did not deliver where it mattered.”
