“Spacious rooms, fitted with luxurious furniture and treats. The view of the Nile can be enjoyed even in the bathroom! There’s always a staff member or two greeting guests with a smile and asking if they need anything. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with an egg station that cater to customized requests. The pool is not huge but was never crowded the 3 nights I was there this month. There are a couple of ATM’s off the lobby in a secure location. The location is Garden City is easy to reach and easy to find taxis from. I can’t name a specific staff member because they all stand out, reception staff, concierge, security, housekeeping, pool attendants, floor managers, all locations and all staff members deserve applauds.”

“The attention to detail is impeccable. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. Special mention goes out to Raggab at the Executive Lounge, he goes out of his way to cater to guests needs - I enjoyed dining here for lunch and pre dinner snacks and drinks. I will be returning to this excellent establishment and definitely recommend it to guests who values and appreciates high standards of service without asking for it. The breakfast range is of superior quality, extensive and caters to a variety of tastes. Don't forget to dine at the Osmanly Restaurant as the food and service is excellent therefore its”

“Kempinski hotel the Nile was our first point of contact with Egypt and it was a good one. The location is fantastic, right on the Nile, next to the Four Seasons and embassies. From here, you reach Zamalek and downtown Cairo super easily with Uber. We had a Medina Deluxe room, the decor was simple and elegant, loved the bathroom, the view was nice, the bed extremely comfortable. Didn’t like the carpet floor, but most hotels have it. The decor of the hotel is classic, marble, the reception is a bit dated in comparison to other hotels but still nice, you get that grand hotel feel. The concierge Hussein is really good, he organized restaurants and a private tour to GEM for us. The rooftop is small and with a pool but with a fantastic view. I wouldn’t keep the pool there and would just make it a bar but very good view! Amazing that they have their own ATM inside the hotel. Very helpful.”
