Tripplo's verdict, based on guest reviews
Tripplo’s analysis · Updated 10 October 2026 · How we review hotels
Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort is built for golfers, with a professional 18-hole course on-site alongside an extensive private Mediterranean beachfront. The multi-pool aquatic facilities give non-golfing companions plenty to do across the grounds. Guests should be prepared for significant walking given the size of the property, and dining reservations are in high demand during peak season, so spontaneous restaurant visits aren't always possible.
Guests score it 9.3 out of 10 — the average across the 16 hotels we list in Belek is 9.1.

The 30-second verdict
What Guests Loved
- The resort features a 200-yard stretch of private sand along the Belek coast. Guests have direct access to managed loungers and parasols, providing a structured beach experience without leaving the property.
- The on-site golf course caters to enthusiasts seeking play within walking distance of their rooms. The proximity eliminates the need for external transfers, allowing for seamless transitions between the green and the resort's other facilities.
Things to Consider
- Given the property's significant footprint and wide garden layout, navigating between the beach, pools, and rooms involves frequent walking. Guests with mobility concerns may find the distances between certain amenities more challenging than at smaller boutique resorts.
- During peak summer months, the popularity of the specialty dining venues can lead to limited reservation slots. Travelers are advised to coordinate their dinner plans early in their stay to ensure access to their preferred on-site restaurants.

Reviews from Google“Wonderful family-friendly hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel is extremely child-friendly and offers a huge variety of entertainment for children, but also plenty for adults. There are great shows in the evening, which makes the nights especially enjoyable. The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The food deserves special mention — there is an incredible variety of dishes, and everything we tried was very delicious. There is something for everyone. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families!”
“We had a fantastic stay at Kaya Palazzo in Belek! The hotel is beautiful, with excellent facilities, a stunning beach, and spacious, well-maintained rooms. The food was outstanding, with plenty of variety, and every member of staff we met was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. A special thank you to Rida, whose warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and ensured everything ran smoothly, always going the extra mile with a smile. His genuine care for guests made a real difference to our holiday. We'd also like to give a big thank you to Chico from the entertainment team, who brought so much energy and positivity every day. His enthusiasm, friendliness, and ability to get everyone involved made the activities even more enjoyable and created a fantastic atmosphere throughout our stay. Overall, Kaya Palazzo exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and fun holiday in Belek. We can't wait to come back!”
“Kaya Palazzo is a hotel of a very high standard overall. The food was excellent – very tasty, with a huge variety and plenty of options every day. The rooms were also of a very high standard, and the housekeeping was great. Everything was clean and well maintained. Overall, it’s really difficult to say anything negative about the quality of the hotel itself. However, there is one issue that definitely needs to be addressed: the reservation of sunbeds by the pool with towels. Every morning, most of the sunbeds are “reserved” very early with towels, bags or even children’s toys, while nobody actually uses them for hours. Families with children coming to the pool around 8:00 AM after breakfast often cannot find a single available sunbed. What makes it even more frustrating is that between around 7:00 and 10:00 AM, there are hardly any people by the pool, yet almost every sunbed is already occupied by a towel. For a hotel of this standard, this really shouldn’t be happening. There should be a member of staff monitoring the situation and removing towels from sunbeds that have clearly been left unused for a long time, especially when there are no personal belongings there. Apart from this issue, our stay was excellent and the hotel itself absolutely lives up to its high standard. I really hope the management addresses the sunbed situation, as it would make the overall experience much better.”
“We are coming to the end of a week here. And we’ve been hugely impressed. The hotel aesthetic is truly stunning. We stayed in a lagoon suite and so glad we did. The room was spacious and having its own pool made it really easy to just kick back and relax. Access to quieter eating spaces was a great way to relax at meal times too. The main pool was fairly quiet even at the peak times and the water slides were great fun. The service and people have been great throughout. Ceylin and Taha looked after us all week and nothing was ever too much trouble. Loads of reviews call out Rida and we see why, he’s also amazing. Food was amazing throughout. The buffet restaurant is huge and offers great variety. The lagoon restaurant was amazing and a special shout out for the steak restaurant. Normally an extra charge but we got one al a carte booking free with our holiday. Even full price would be well worth it. The only down sides were how hard the beds were, and the soundproofing between the rooms. Overall an amazing stay that we’ve loved.”
“It’s a massive resort that technically has everything, but almost everything comes with an extra charge—and it’s definitely not cheap. In my opinion, the prices are completely unjustified. The kids' mini-cars are €20 for just 10 minutes, and the arcade games cost between €3 and €6 per play. There were other outdoor activities too, but we didn’t even bother trying them because of the ridiculous prices. The water sports fees are equally exaggerated; I wanted to give them a try, but the price tags completely put me off. It’s the same story at the on-site shops—a basic inflatable water mattress was €75! But what blew my mind the most in terms of price markup was a certain cognac: it costs a maximum of €4,000 in Europe, yet they were charging €14,000 for it (just as an example, not that I actually ordered it). Service-wise, the staff at almost all the bars barely acknowledge you, and the cocktails tasted nothing like the original recipes. On the positive side, the beach is clean and well-maintained, and the water park is quite nice. However, the food at the buffet was nothing to write home about, and on top of that, they don't have themed culinary nights (like Mexican or Italian night), which is standard practice for any self-respecting, true 5-star resort. Overall, the resort is just okay, but it’s obvious that the last renovation was back in 2013. Lastly, if there are any Russian or Arabic-speaking guests reading this, I highly recommend learning some basic manners and common sense."”
