“Excellent stay at gloria palace. Clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful especially our waiters fran garcia and alejandro and our cleaner Enrique.. thank you! We were half board. Food was amazing, always a massive choice and very tasty. Drinks were reasonable priced. No reserving sunbeds! Pool opens at 9.30 and then a mad dash but I don't think there is a solution to the sunbed wars! Just a 10/15 min walk to the shopping centre and the beach. Would definitely go back!”

“The hotel is thoughtfully designed, spotless, practical, and very comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the service is truly excellent. Out in the pool area, there are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available. The buffet offers a great selection of food and drinks, and the Thalasso spa is perfect for relaxing in salt water. We also used the hotel gym a few times—it’s surprisingly well-equipped for a hotel! My family and I had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!”

“⚠️ Warning for regular guests: the pools are no longer heated this year. We are regular guests at Gloria Palace San Agustín and have been choosing this hotel for our holidays in Gran Canaria for many years. One of the main reasons we always came back was the heated pools, especially during certain times of the year. For this reason, we were quite disappointed to discover that the pools are no longer heated. In addition, the rooftop area is currently under construction, which we believe should be communicated more clearly before booking, as it is also one of the hotel’s highlighted features. That said, we would like to point out that the staff remain as friendly and professional as always, the cleanliness is still excellent, and the food continues to be very good. In those aspects, we have no complaints at all. However, speaking honestly and respectfully, we believe that for the current price there are many other options on the island offering similar or even better value, especially now that the heated pools — which used to be one of the hotel’s key selling points — are no longer available. We truly hope the hotel reconsiders this decision, because we have always enjoyed our stays here and would like to continue returning in the future.”

“Lovely hotel. Great service from staff, rooms clean amd spacious, towels changed daily. Pool doesn't open till 09.30am so no early am towel planks! Always managed to get sunbeds, didn't seem too busy. Food generally quite good, reasonable choice. We were all inclusive plus, but beware, not ALL branded drinks are included in this! ( Beefeater Pink gin, Jim Beam amd Red label Johnny Walker is,Disarono, Jack Daniels is not!) Location good, 5 min walk to shopping centre, 10mins to beach. Free bus taking you to Mas Palomas and Porta Rico. Overall really enjoyable holiday, great hotel, would go back!!”

“What a wonderful place for a holiday! Everything about our stay was spectacular. The hotel is beautiful, the food is excellent with plenty of choice, and the service from all the staff was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The only issue we encountered was that our travel agency did not clearly explain the meal arrangements. We booked on a half-board basis and were surprised to find that drinks were not included with dinner. This resulted in an additional daily expense of around €6–€7 that we had not budgeted for. It would have been helpful to have been informed of this in advance. Apart from that small inconvenience, everything was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We would definitely consider returning in the future.”
