Tripplo's verdict, based on guest reviews
Tripplo’s analysis · Updated 10 October 2026 · How we review hotels
Spa lovers desiring private room entrances and scenic hillside seclusion will find this countryside hotel best for their stay. Guests on Google and Booking.com review it very warmly. Features include dual indoor and outdoor pools and extensive thermal facilities. On the downside, the remote location requires a rental car, and there are few walkable dining options.
Guests score it 9.2 out of 10 — the average across the 54 hotels we list on Mallorca is 9.1.
What Guests Loved
- Positioned on a hillside in Artá, the property offers views that stretch across the rolling hills to the distant Alcudia Bay, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation.
- The modern spa pavilion includes a heated indoor pool, a Finnish sauna, and steam baths, making it a reliable retreat regardless of the season.
Things to Consider
- Situated in the rural northeast of Mallorca, the hotel is secluded, meaning guests will need a car to explore nearby beaches and towns comfortably.
- Because of the estate's isolation, off-site dining requires a short drive, though the two on-site restaurants offer high-quality Mediterranean cuisine to compensate.

What guests say
Reviews from Google“Fabulous 5 star hotel. Really lovely staff, grounds, views and rooms. Friendly goats roaming in the gardens make for the only entertainment. This is a quiet agroturimo, a relaxing base for exploring the island. Service is great. Children are allowed (also in the indoor pool/spa) but there is nothing in the way of activities and no town within walking distance. There is a nice restaurant and Arta is a short drive away. The lovely beaches of the north are within 30 mins.”
“Exceptional, but with One Notable Gap: Everything was beautiful. However, I must point out that my husband is celiac, and in luxury hotels, gluten-free breakfast options are typically extensive — croissants, pastries, cereals, varied breads. During our stay, we received only a single reheated baguette, offered identically at breakfast and dinner throughout our entire visit. For a property of your caliber, this limited offering stood out as inconsistent with your overall excellence. A wider variety of gluten-free options would have truly reflected your commitment to premium service. Despite this, we had an extraordinary experience.”
“Hotel and surroundings are beautiful, staff are lovely, breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the tasting menu sadly was only adequate (we went half board) Id suggest forget half board and just order from the menu, it’s better if a little limited, BUT ….we had an issue with our air conditioning, took quite some time to convince them there was a problem, although reception and maintenance were super pleasant, we spent a hot uncomfortable night, then a few hours without a room the next day, due to changing room and accommodating housekeeping. Did email the manager upon departure as I thought a free cocktail for the inconvenience was a little paltry, I did expect to see the first nights discomfort reflected in our bill, however she hasn’t bothered replying which is disappointing, so if you have any issues, see the manager while you’re there.”
“Nice enough setting. Evening dinning here was average at best not terrible but was expecting better. Staff are very attentive and try to look after you. Breakfast was good though. Air conditioning is not the best and it should be for a five star hotel!”
“The best 5 star hotel in Maiorca! We have been there for 3 days last week and it was truly marvellous. The Hotel, the staff, the service, I can only recommend!”
