The room was spacious, comfortable, and very suitable for a family, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The pools were one of the highlights of our experience — extremely clean, well maintained, and excellent for both adults and families. The facilities overall created a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were genuinely lovely, friendly, and welcoming, and the level of customer service was really great. Their kindness and willingness to assist made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is another major advantage of the hotel. It is fantastic and adds significantly to the overall experience, making it a great choice for a family holiday. While there is always room for improvement in any hotel experience, the many positive aspects of our stay deserve to be recognised. “I'm gonna share it our 10days experience in the simplest way starting with the: Rooms: we actually stayed at single villa. the rooms really feels comfortable. clean and cozy, the outdoor pool is really nice to swim. quiet and most importantly we have our own privacy with complete set of everything we needed. Restaurants: owh the food really tastes unexpectedly awesome. with a lot of choices in their buffet also lot reataurant choices that has really nice view and delicious food. waiters really entertained us well and never ever left our side. Staff: they are really accomodating and never ever forget to smile and greet everyone. it feels like when you had a bad day and you saw them smiling and greets you politely, definitely your mood will change and you will really gain a positive vibe from them. Butler: we are actually grateful that we are assigned to a very good and very hardworking butler. (Mr. Aakash Khatri) He did everything to let us feel comfortable for the period of days we spend in the resort. He made sure that he can provide everything we needed. He never left our side from the villa to the restaurant.. He makes us feel that we are taken good care. the kids loves him so much that when he is not there they will probably look for him. he is our one call away. even if in times that he is needed to do other job he would make sure that someone will take good care of us. he never complains and he always bear a heartwarming smile.. kuddos to you Mr. Aakash you are really our most favorite person in the resort. thank you so much. overall? it was really awesome experience. we'll surely recommend this resort and we'll surely spread how wonderful this resort is. from: Al-thani family”

“This is probably my 15th time at this hotel and definitely many more to come! We are very satisfied with everything,the hotel is perfectly clean,luckily enough you can’t get bored here,since the whole area is huge and every corner has its own story. Food options are very good and every night we were able to try something new,the hotel has been maintaining this level for a long time. One of the best parts of this hotel is its staff,they were all friendly and making us feel like home. I would definitely have to mention Perivan,Sena and Akinai,from the lobby area.Their hospitality is truly unmatched and I wish every hotel had people like them. Also,it’s unbelievable how clean everything is,they clean every part of the hotel 24/7. Can’t wait till I’m back again!”
