We were able to check in early and our bags were taken up to the room which made everything feel effortless. Every member of the team was friendly and attentive and it really made a difference. The room was absolutely spotless with a beautiful bathroom and excellent amenities. This trip was a birthday surprise for my fiancé and the thoughtful touches left in the room made it feel so special and personal. Breakfast each morning was delicious and freshly made and something we really looked forward to. The hotel itself is stunning and perfect for photos. What stood out most was how much the team cared about making our stay memorable. They helped arrange something really special for us and went far beyond what we expected which made the trip unforgettable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stockholm without hesitation.”

“The hotel is very comfortable! As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Unfortunately, we didn’t like our initial room because the window faced the building’s inner courtyard. I asked the front desk if we could change rooms, and they promptly assisted us, offering two other rooms — in the same category — but with better views! They were extremely attentive and kind. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bathroom products have an exceptional scent. The location is excellent, as it’s right next to a lively square with plenty of shops and dining options. In addition, it’s just a 10-minute walk from the Gamla Stan area, making it a very strategic spot. The breakfast is quite good, but you need to allow extra time, since some of the dishes must be ordered from the waiter and are not all available at the buffet. So if you’re in a hurry, make sure to go earlier!”
