“We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at Bahia Principe Fantasia Tenerife and would highly recommend it to any family with young children. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. The pools and splash park were fantastic, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and there was always plenty of choice when it came to food. The evening shows were excellent and really added something special to each night. Overall, the hotel has been designed with families in mind. What really made this holiday stand out, though, was the entertainment team. They were absolutely incredible with our children from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Their energy, enthusiasm and genuine care were outstanding. They took the time to get to know the kids, remembered their names, encouraged them to join in activities and made every child feel included and special. You could tell they genuinely love what they do, and it made such a difference to our holiday. Seeing our children so excited every day to take part in the activities and interact with the entertainment staff was priceless. They created memories that our family will be talking about for years to come. Thank you to everyone at Bahia Principe Fantasia for such a wonderful holiday. We’ll definitely be back!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an incredible holiday at Bahia Principe Explore Tenerife. This trip meant more to our family than just a holiday, as it was the last place my dad visited before he sadly passed away from cancer. Coming back with all nine of us was an emotional experience, giving us the chance to share old memories, make new ones, and celebrate his life together. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel so welcome. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice, the rooms were spotless and felt like true luxury, and the whole hotel exceeded our expectations. One member of staff deserves a very special mention – Tyrese. He is an absolute gentleman whose kindness, professionalism and genuine care made our holiday even more special. He is a real credit to the hotel. A visit to Siam Park was the perfect addition to an unforgettable week, and we can honestly say we’ll definitely be returning . “This was by far the best experience for our holiday. We have a daughter who has additional needs so haven't been abroad before. However everyone at this hotel ans jet2 made this a fantastic experience. So much so she can wait to get back. So much to do you never need to leave the hotel. Staff are awesome and will always go above and beyond if possible. Facilities are constantly cleaned. Food caters to all. The staff involved my daughter and laughed with her and that made her so happy. Even housekeeping folding her blanket when they cleaned room made her so happy.”

“We’ve had a wonderful holiday and sad to be leaving. The food and drink have been great. A big highlight has been the mocktails for the kids and range of adult cocktails. The al la carte restaurants were a lovely change, with really lovely food. The pools are brilliant, including the splash park. The entertainment is amazing, especially the shows in the theatre. Everyone who works here seems to love working here and make the experience. The entertainment team is brilliant, including the kids club, but a really special addition to this hotel is the teens club.”

“We recently spent 10 nights at the Bahia Principe Fantasia, and it genuinely exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the perfect choice. Our room was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained throughout our stay. It was cleaned every day by the friendly, hardworking housekeeping staff, who always made us feel welcome. The resort itself is huge, beautifully presented and has something for everyone. The pools were fantastic, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine, while the excellent gym had a great selection of equipment—very handy for attempting to undo some of the damage caused by the incredible food! The choice and quality of food were outstanding, and we particularly enjoyed visiting the speciality restaurants. The entertainment was another highlight, with brilliant shows and plenty happening throughout the day and evening. What really stood out was how friendly and helpful the staff were across the entire resort. Everyone worked incredibly hard to make sure guests had a memorable holiday, and their service helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We honestly couldn’t have been happier with our choice of hotel and destination. We had an amazing family holiday, made some wonderful memories and would highly recommend the Bahia Principe Fantasia to anyone. We would return without hesitation!”
