Akra Fethiye The Residence Tui Blue Sensatori - Adults Only

“A real-life fairy tale! Last year, my daughter and I stayed at Akra Fethiye TUI Blue Sensatori and would often look across at The Residence, dreaming of staying there one day. This year, we finally booked a swim-up room—and it was a wonderful decision. We arrived very early, at around 9 a.m. My daughter had an online class at 1:30 p.m., so I asked whether our room could possibly be ready by then. At 11 a.m., we received a WhatsApp message telling us it was ready. The reception team had arranged twin beds and even given us a room in the exact area I had requested. The service is flawless. Every member of staff is warm, smiling and exceptionally attentive. Our swim-up room is amazing: the pool forms a continuous loop surrounded by palms and lush greenery, making it feel like a tropical river. The food is excellent, freshly prepared and served very quickly. The main restaurant is open 24/7 and offers everything from salmon to ribeye. Our holiday is not over yet, but we already want to come back. I only hope my budget allows it!”

“We've just returned from a week here, While the overall holiday was a positive experience there were just some things we felt were lacking. The entertainment was poor across the whole site l, we knew the residence was for relaxation but being able to gk next door for the entertainment was our plan but there were no shows on of an evening it was all singing and quizzes and the 1 show that was on was catered to children. The food for the hotel I expected alot more. I am a plain eater and asked if it was possible for alterations to be made and to have some simpler foods such as plain meats/grilled chicken or the meals to be adjusted this was met multiple times with simply order off the all day menu or this can happen but not right now come back when it is the night menu (11pm) so for 4 out of 7 of my evening meals I had the same meal (ribeye) and for 3 of my evening meals I just ate chips. A hotel of this stature I was expecting the meals to be fresher and cooked to order so adjustments would be able to be met. This was disappointing. My husband who is not a fussy eater also felt the menus were repetitive and the flavour was severely lacking. He looked forward to Indian night to get a little spice but he said it remained bland. The service we recieved on our first few days was exceptional and absolutely worty of the high star rating and price of this hotel but as the week went on and the staff changed the service took a dive, the friendliness seemed to dissappear. We dont tip at the start of our stay we tip at the end of our stay so wether this was a reason for the lack of great service im not sure but if it is that's very disappointing. The staff use of mobile phones we felt was excessive every way you turned a staff member was either using a mobile phone or had a mobile phone in hand. This didnt bother us too much until in theas a member of staff was putting dough onto pans with there blue gloves on then they handled there phone then went straight back to handing the dough. Then on Thursday night we were heading back to our room after dinner and a cleaner was getting a room ready for guests and she put the mop straight in the pool then moped the balcony rinsing the mop out in the pool multile times. We personally wouldnt return to this hotel. We had a good stay and made the best out of it but there were too many negatives to justify the price. point. The room was beautiful, mini bar stocked well but if you cant get a room facing the beach id be very very disappointed in my opinion because all the other balconies are very overlooked and not private”

“We've just come back from our first visit and we'll definitely be returning! The staff and I mean all the staff were attentive without being over powering, very friendly and professional. The staff were all so polite and courteous, couldn't do enough for you! The resort is beautiful, very clean, we had a swim up room- perfect! The beach has breath taking views of mountains and forest, the beach has pebbles but didn't bother us. The entertainment was impeccable, from the minute we arrived to the minute we left we were made to feel very special. The thing I don't understand is why people put towels on sunbeds, there are more than enough for everyone there's really no need! Even on the beach, by the pool areas and on the grass, there's so many sunbeds it's brilliant! The hotel has thought of everything, it was 90% full, yet still felt very spacious, quite and tranquil. The sister hotel next door for families is worth a visit too, especially for the buffet. We could go there but they aren't allowed at this resort. Highly recommend this hotel, guarantee you won't be disappointed. Thank you so much for the best holiday we've ever had and look forward to seeing you all again.”

“We have recently just returned from our 3rd stay at the residence and again what an amazing experience from start to finish hence the reason we have just re booked for next year again. The hotel and facilities are absolutely stunning but this is topped by the staff which makes this hotel tryly a cut above. Everyone from reception, bar staff , porters, guest experience and cleaners are fully committed to making your stay 5 star and making you feel special. Just want to pay a special Mention to Hasan. He was our waiter in the cabana which we ended up doing twice and thsnk you soo much for making our 10 years anniversary soo special..Thanks again to all and see you next year Dominic and Elizabeth 25/5 - 4/6 room 4602”

“This beautiful place boasts a fantastic service team and a great variety of high-quality food. I highly recommend the adult-only residence Part of the Hotel. The entire service team did an excellent job, but I particularly want to mention Firat, Burat, Hassan and Zeki. They’re awesome people with perfect service and a great sense of humour.
